📦 15-Day Return Policy
At www.hakeemateeq.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is returned within 15 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
- Products that are used, damaged, altered, or incomplete may not be eligible for a return or refund.
💳 Refund Deductions & Charges
The following deductions will apply to all approved refunds:
- 4% Withholding Tax will be deducted from the total order amount.
- 2% Cash on Delivery (COD) Processing Charge will be deducted for COD orders. This charge is non-refundable.
- A PKR 400 Return Delivery Charge will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Formula:
Refund Amount = Total Order Amount − 4% Withholding Tax − 2% COD Charge (if applicable) − PKR 400 Return Delivery Charge
🔄 Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be approved (if eligible).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or any other approved payment method, where applicable.
🧾 Refund Example (Cash on Delivery Order)
If your total order amount is PKR 10,000:
- 4% Withholding Tax: PKR 400
- 2% COD Processing Charge: PKR 200
- Return Delivery Charge: PKR 400
Total Refund:
PKR 10,000 − PKR 400 − PKR 200 − PKR 400 = PKR 9,000

- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from www.hakeemateeq.com.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
